Locations Needed for Film and Commercials
These must be in Nassau County
For a David Chase project - set in suburban New Jersey in the 1960's. They want towns and villages that haven't been overly modernized. The houses would play as homes to middle to upper-middle class families. Town/Village must be film-friendly and not have very high permit fees.
The film is currently entitled "The Twylight Zones" and is about a group of kids looking for fame and fortune in the 1960s New York City rock and roll scene. Nice script, lots of great music. They're planning to shoot January into early April. The biggest star attached so far is Steve Van Zandt who played Silvio in the Sopranos (and lead guitar in the E-Street band of course). The kids cast so far are largely unkown actors.
Any suggestions, please e-mail debfilm@aol.com and reference the job name.
Working on a very big Lotto job for late November, Early December. They need a main street with small streets - now here's the catch. They need to blow the store windows out of about 10 stores! This is a big job, and very well funded. They will pay the store owners very well, and hire the necessary pyrotechnic people, fire people, police, etc. They can do this at night.
If your town has the look, and the store ownes could use the income - please e-mail suggestions to debfilm@aol.com and reference the job.
