Men ages 18 (all size shapes) and up are needed this Friday from 4pm till 5:45pm for a comedic skit in the reality show Bronx Daze. The comedic skit is about how the male species carries himself in the presence of a beautiful women. We will meet 4pm in front of Loretta Park (Morris Park side) on Friday. We are auditioning for actors and singers, male and female, for 3 one act Horror/Comedy plays and a Horror/Comedy musical parody performed at Soluna Studios in Hauppauge, NY during the last three Friday/Saturdays in October. Rehearsals start on September 9th and (depending on the play) are every Saturday and Sunday leading up to the opening on Friday October 12th. Auditions are on Weds, August 29th from 7:30pm to 9pm and Thursday, August 30th from 1pm to 3pm at the MadhouseTV Studio located at 631 Montauk Highway, West Islip, NY. We will be holding open auditions, Thursday, Sept 6, from 9pm-10:30pm at the at St. Francis Church, 1752, Harton Ave., East Meadow, NY 11554, for world premiere drama, Naming Rights.. All adult types welcome, but please be aware the play deals with adult themes and contains occasional raw language not suited for children. Shows will be Sunday, Oct. 28, Sunday, November 11 & Monday, November 12 at the Merrick Theater.. Rehearsals will begin mid-September. Hello All,  (These must be in Nassau County)
1) For television series, The Good Wife - they need a high end office building.  It would be for 2 days of filming with 1 day of prep and 1 day of wrap for a total of 4 days sometime between Sept 4th and 14th.  If you have any referrals, please email to debfilm@aol.com and reference, The Good Wife.

2) For an independent feature film (i.e. somewhat low-budget), called "Don't Get Excited".  They are looking for office space (and a lobby and a conference room) in a modern building.  It doesn't have to be empty, but they don't want it to be incredibly busy as well. They tried RXR in Uniondale already,and they were out of their price range.  They have $6,000 for 4 days ($1500 a day). Thats not a lot of money, but they are pretty small - 35 person crew, no campers, only 1 truck and a few vans.  They'd like to do catering there as well, if possible.  If you have any suggestions, please e-mail debfilm@aol.com and reference Don't Get Excited.

3) For HBO series, Boardwalk Empire - They're looking for rows of bungalow kit houses with a vacant lot. Any areas of Long Island you recommend they go to? Somewhere near the water perhaps?  I was thinking the Camp Grounds in Merrick.  Any other suggestions? They need to find rows of Arts and Crafts kit houses a la 1920's Chicago. Locations Needed and Casting for Actress for Feature Film

(Locations must be in Nassau County)
1) For a Leukemia & Lympohoma Society PSA, they need either a hosptial or a lab or clinic that can look like a hosptial for this PSA.  They need a room to simulate a cancer center - reclining chair, tv in room, equipment.  They also need an office with cubicles. This is for a three day shoot. 2)For PBS documentary, Two Popes, they're still looking for the ofifce space, open, like an old newsroom.  Modern, glass, steel and industrial. I'm attaching a reference photo. Please e-mail debfilm@aol.com and reference Two Popes.
3) For a movie that we're trying to keep here in November - we'll need the following locations.  This takes place in the 1950's, so it will need a period feel:  Hotel, high schools, offices (old, corporate), street corners, gyms, alley ways. 

4) For a film to be shot in September, they're looking for an acress to play a female newscaster.  This is a ultra-low-budget SAG feature, so non-union is fine. There will be a few lines.
